Swiss-Belhotel International sees 47% conversion growth following the implementation of Hotelchamp’s full direct booking suite.

One of Asia Pacific’s leading hospitality groups, Swiss-Belhotel International, is partnering with hospitality tech innovator Hotelchamp to enhance its direct revenue strategy by rolling out Hotelchamp’s full suite of direct revenue solutions. Well-known for one of the industry's favourite direct booking tools, Convert, Hotelchamp has recently launched a new Booking Engine, the fourth product in its suite of tools for improving direct revenue and conversion along the guest journey. The newly launched Booking Engine has already attracted the attention of major chains across Asia and Europe, with many industry-leading hotels being early adopters of the innovative design and near-instant loading times.

Through this partnership, Swiss-Belhotel International aims to increase conversion across its direct channels, strengthen integration between its website and booking engine, and expand its digital reach through marketing and loyalty initiatives. The collaboration also focuses on enhancing promotional and rate management capabilities, empowering each property to drive performance while maintaining brand consistency across the group.

Swiss-Belhotel International has launched new Hotelchamp-powered websites and booking engines, and is already working on the next phase with the rollout of Metasearch. By taking this structured approach, the group is demonstrating its commitment to long-term digital growth, with Hotelchamp as a trusted strategic partner. The impact is already clear: Swiss-Belhotel International achieved a 47% increase in conversion compared to the same month in the previous year, with revenue significantly higher across both desktop and mobile channels.

The rollout included webpages and booking engines for over 100 hotels, and a custom-built loyalty programme integration. The Hotelchamp Product team continues to collaborate closely with Swiss-Belhotel International to develop solutions that serve their needs across multiple regions effectively, all designed to elevate Swiss-Belhotel International’s direct booking performance and guest experience. By consolidating its digital ecosystem with Hotelchamp, the group ensures brand consistency, seamless user journeys, and a future-ready direct channel strategy.

In the first six months, we have seen our conversion increase by more than 45%.
