Meet Chantall, SDR of the UK market
In this series, we introduce you to some of our great Champs! This time we had a chat with Chantall Bebb, Sales Development Representative of the UK market. Coming from Brazil, occasionally she also explores the Portuguese market. Read more about her experiences at Hotelchamp.
How long have you been working at Hotelchamp now?
“I started my internship in February, so I have been here for six months already. During my internship, I was focusing on business development but this quickly turned into sales activities and soon I was scheduling demos for the UK team. Now I am a full-time Sales Development Representative with a main focus on the UK market. Occasionally I also explore the Portuguese market and contact prospective clients there.”
What does a normal day at Hotelchamp look like for you?
“I have a lot of team meetings, research about the market and prospecting new clients. The biggest part of my day I spend reaching out to the prospects to inform them about our product and schedule demos with them to show our solution.”

What has been your favourite moment at Hotelchamp?
“That was definitely the Hotelchamp Summer Day! It was a very cool event for all the employees to get to know each other. Seeing all your colleagues, including the management, in a different setting is a really nice way to get to know them on a different level. We visited some cool spots in the city, the weather was beautiful, which all summed up for it to be an amazing day.”
What does it take to be a Champ?
“It takes energy, commitment, input, and personally for me it is having passion for the things I do.”
What was the biggest challenge during your career at HC?
“Some time ago I had to do a voiceover for the video of the new dashboard. I had never done it before so I had to figure it all out from scratch. It was a technical video showing all the possibilities of our new dashboard which was shared with our clients. I had to match my voice with actions in the video. It was something I had never done before, but it was good and challenging.’
What is your favorite moment of the week? and why?
“I don’t really have a specific moment, but I love those random situations and moments that we have with colleagues. Either during a coffee break or lunch, those moments are always fun.”
What are some fun facts about the company?
“When new Champs join our team they give a short presentation about their point of view of the company after their first month. I think this is really good because you see how quickly you learn about the company and the industry plus you see a fresh point of view. Another fun fact is that we really celebrate small goals. Everytime Sales makes a deal we get to ring the bell, and it’s the same for customer success when they have put our tools live on our client’s website. We also created a sales game to elevate our motivation even higher.”
How would you describe your colleagues?
“Funny, entertainers, team players, helpful, and they like to share information. In addition, the sales team is also competitive yet friendly!”
