How does Behavioral Targeting work?
Based on your visitors’ online behaviour we are able to collate key information to determine who they are. Consequently, we are able to provide more relevant notifications suiting their profile to trigger their attention and increase your conversion rate.
Identifying your website visitors
Is your visitor filling in 2 adults and 2 children on your website? We identify a family. Now you know that the visitor is representing a family, you want to personalize the triggers. For example show a smart notification which says how popular your hotel is for families, mention a discount for children or give advice on your luxurious family rooms. Are your visitors checking features for a romantic getaway? We identify a couple and allow you to send a tempting notification announcing a discount for a special romantic menu.
Identifying (Booking Engine) Preferences
In the booking engine on hotel websites, people can select their preferences such as including breakfast, room preferences or any particular allergies. Based on this information we can for example setup a smart notification explaining what the hotel does for persons with allergies: “Our hotel serves special breakfast for persons with allergies. Don’t forget to mention it at your check-in!” Did your visitor not select breakfast? Show a notification announcing a special discount for breakfast.
Recognizing Input Fields
We can recognize what your visitors have completed on your website. For example a correct promocode? Show a motivating notification saying they have just successfully activated the promocode. This gives the visitor a positive feeling to complete the booking.
